March 31, 1999 - The EU declared that it does not consider Israel as the sovereign ruler over the city of
Jerusalem...The NATO attack on Kosovo may be intended to send a warning to Israel that just as the
Serbs are expected to understand the 'nationalist strivings' of the eth-nic Albanians Israel is expected to
appreciate Palestinian ‘nationalist strivings.’

Kosovo/Mideast - SECRET MILITARY PACT BETWEEN SERBIA AND IRAQ - March 30, 1999 - The
Jerusalem Post reported yester-day: “Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic and Iraq's Saddam Hus-sein
have concluded a secret military pact that will enhance their abili-ties to withstand allied bombing raids.”
These two leaders have author-ized their respective military leaders “to work closely to fulfill their joint goal
of shooting down aircraft flying bombing missions over Serbia and Iraq.”

YUGOSLAVIA - British Prime Minister Blair told Newsweek magazine that the NATO interven-tion in Kosovo
